The website is intended for business and professional audiences aged 18 or older. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
Company and website
Taiosk is a product of Tacharouck LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed April 7, 2025. These terms govern the public informational website at taiosk.com.
The website is globally accessible for general information, but Tacharouck LLC does not represent that the website, Taiosk, or any future service is appropriate, offered, or legally available in every jurisdiction.
Pre-release information
Taiosk is being prepared for a controlled, invite-only private beta. The public website does not provide signup or access, accept payments, create a customer relationship, or promise that any feature, integration, release date, security outcome, or commercial offer will be available. Descriptions may change as implementation and live verification continue.
Use of the separate authenticated beta service intended for app.taiosk.com will require its own accepted service terms and privacy notice. These Website Terms do not authorize access to that service.
Limited website permission
Subject to these terms, Tacharouck LLC gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view and link to the public pages for lawful informational and internal business-evaluation purposes. No other right or license is granted.
Prohibited use
Do not disrupt the website; probe non-public systems; bypass access controls; introduce malicious code; scrape the site in a way that causes unreasonable load; misrepresent affiliation with Tacharouck LLC or Taiosk; infringe another person's rights; or use the website in violation of applicable law.
Ownership and site materials
The website's text, software, visual identity, product presentation, and other materials are owned by Tacharouck LLC or provided under permission or applicable license. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use Taiosk or Tacharouck names, marks, designs, or materials as your own. Any broader reuse requires prior written permission unless applicable law permits it.
External services
Email links open a visitor-controlled email application. Any future third-party website or service is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Tacharouck LLC does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for third-party services merely by linking to them. The website does not currently provide social-media links.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Tacharouck LLC does not warrant that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.
The website is general pre-release information, not professional advice, a security certification, an availability commitment, or authority to perform production operations. You are responsible for evaluating whether any information is suitable for your purposes.
Limitation of liability

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes relating to the public website or these terms will be brought exclusively in an appropriate state or federal court located in Wyoming, and each party consents to that court's jurisdiction.
Changes
Tacharouck LLC may update the website and these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version is posted means the updated terms apply to later use, to the extent permitted by law.
General
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Website Terms and the Website Privacy notice are the entire agreement concerning use of this public informational website and do not replace a separate written agreement for any Taiosk service.
